Overview

Video Splitter lets you pick a video from your phone, split it into segments, and save the results back to your gallery. The app works entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your data.

Permissions We Use

Read Videos from Storage

READ_MEDIA_VIDEOREAD_EXTERNAL_STORAGE

Android 13+ · Android 12 and below

Used only to let you pick a video from your device gallery. We access only the specific file you choose — nothing else on your storage is read, scanned, or accessed.

Save Videos to Storage

WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE

Android 9 and below only

Used to save your split video clips back to your gallery. On Android 10 and above this is handled automatically by the system without needing this permission.

What We Do NOT Do

We do not collect any personal data

We do not access the internet

We do not use your camera

We do not upload or share your videos

We do not use analytics or ads

We do not track you in any way
